When you set out from the foot of the ‘Colle Romano’ (The Roman Hill) a brief 7 to 8 minute walk takes you straight to the sea. Behind you and to the sides, the green olive groves form a stunning backdrop and the beautiful view of the sea before you will make you forget the hustle and bustle of city life.
The holiday flats to rent are situated in a secluded area close to the Moneglia centre so you get a relaxing sense of discreet privacy.

Our holiday flats are furnished with pieces of antique furniture and are equipped with a fitted kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower and central heating. All apartments have a balcony for greater freedom to allow you to enjoy your stay to the full.

Parking is available on request.

Our holiday flats in Moneglia can be booked all year round and can be rented on a weekly basis in low or mid season, for a minimum of 2 weeks or for a whole month in high season. The flats are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 2 to 6 people, one is ideal for groups of up to 8 people.

The railway line is not far away but usually customers get used to it in a short time.

Flat with balcony

This flat for 6 people is located in an area of the town just outside the centre which can be reached in about 5 minutes’ walk and it is in a more secluded position with respect to the summer traffic in the centre.

It is located on the first floor and can be reached via an external staircase. It has a small balcony where you can have lunch in the summer.
The railway line is not far away but usually customers get used to it in a short time. A private parking space is available upon request.

Attic flat

This flat, which can accommodate 6 people, is in a house with lift along the road to the railway station. The centre and the closest beach can be reached in about 3 to 5 minutes’ walk. There are three small terraces which are very useful in the summer while the two bedrooms have an air conditioning system.

It is located south of the railway line which is a little less disturbing. Usually customers get used to trains in a short time. A private parking space is available upon request at 5 minutes’ walk from the flat.

By the sea

This flat for at the most 4 people is located on the second floor of a house with no lift on the seafront at about 50 meters from the beach.
The window of the room looks directly onto the sea which can be seen in-between the palm trees. The flat is equipped with air conditioning.
There is a double bed and two folding beds. Ideally for children.

A private parking space is available on request 7 minutes from the flat.

This flat for 5 people is on the ground floor of the old Pensione Celsi. The building is located in an area of the town just outside the centre which can be reached in about 5 minutes’ walk, and is therefore in a more secluded position with respect to the summer traffic in the centre.
It consists of two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The railway line is not far away but usually customers get used to it in a short time. A private parking space is available upon request.

There is an external staircase to access the apartment.

This flat for 6 people is located on the third floor of a house without a lift, about 7 minutes’ walk from the centre.

Stunning view over the whole town and the sea while on the back the view is over an olive grove. To get to the flat there is an external staircase as you can see from the photos. The railway line is not far but our clients normally get used to it in a short time.

This small flat for no more than 5 people is located in an area of the town just outside the centre which can be reached in about 5 minutes’ walk and it is in a more secluded position with respect to the summer traffic in the centre.
